What does being an entrepreneurial artist mean to you? I am happy to live my dream and to work alongside my team, at Global Records, the record label I started more than 15 years ago with Ștefan Lucian, my manager and my business partner I feel lucky to build together one of the biggest independent record label in the Eastern Europe It’s a long and beautiful path, but I am truly grateful for everything we accomplished so far And we have many more other plans and dreams we are continuously working on

What was your motivation to go into the career path you did? I love music and I don’t see myself doing anything else every day for the rest of my life And seeing all the beautiful talented and hard-working people in my team, the love I receive from my fans, the support I get for me and my music.

What is the function of your “company”?

We know you love to entertain! You know that motto: do the thing you love every day, even if you won’t be paid for it. So, this is my engine, the thing that keeps me going.

I think so, there are people writing me and saying to me I am an example for them and motivation. And I am happy for this. Also, am happy that I can bring joy and happiness in their life through my music and this priceless!

What is the most you’ve sacrificed to fulfill your dreams? Spend a lot of time apart from family and friends.

One question: what did you want to be "when you grew up”? I wanted to be a singer! This was my dream!

You have opened many doors, but have others closed for you? Yes, of course But it’s part of life, part of the process!

Do you think there is an objective formula that allows any businesswoman to achieve success? As I said before, form my experience, there are some key factors: work, passion, a great team, effort.

How far would you be willing to go to achieve your professional goals? Work, work, work On tour, shows, in the studio, shooting videos and photos, writing songs Continue the process I already started more than 15 years ago

Do you consider that recognition has a real value when you receive it? It’s important to be appreciated for what you do, because it’s a feedback you receive, it motivates you and it helps you evolve!

To almost finish the interview, being so young, what goals would you like to achieve? I would like to have a hit well known in the entire world, to perform in some countries I haven’t sang yet.

What advice would you give to women entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs or those who want to become one? It’s important to have a great team you can rely on, with whom you can build your projects, a dream big enough to motivate you every day and a lot of hard work and passion to achieve your goals

How do you define your style, who do you draw inspiration from? I am inspired by the people around me, from my team, other artists in the world, my colleagues in the studio.

What have you learned from your previous successes? That almost everything can be done, that some things are achieved at the right time.
