Our Story Work Orders Unlimited was born in 2004 out of a need to provide a simple solution for managing a disparate portfolio of commercial real estate. At the time, the dominant software distribution method was client server, and the cloud was in its infancy. After much consideration, the decision was made to deliver our software via the cloud as an SaaS solution. It was an exciting time. We pioneered on-demand access to work orders and instant notification via SMS text messaging. Over the next five years, the functionality of Work Orders Unlimited grew, as did its implementation into facilities, equipment, municipalities, and residential property management. In 2013, with the advent of ubiquitous mobility— tablets and smartphones— Work Orders Unlimited was completely redesigned with the intent of being platform- and entity-independent. We still support our roots in commercial property management, but today we are a work order solution for virtually any type of business for any type of work order need. We have offices in the San Francisco Bay area, the Los Angeles metro area and the Middle East, in Saudi Arabia.
