My name is Lena Fischer, and I was born on November 3, 1990, in Cologne, Germany. Since my childhood, I have had a great passion for cooking and the culinary arts. Inspired by my grandmother, who was a passionate home cook, I discovered my interest in different flavors and culinary creations at an early age. After completing my high school education, I pursued a culinary apprenticeship at the renowned restaurant "Gourmet Paradise" in Cologne. Following the completion of my apprenticeship, I worked as a sous chef in several prestigious restaurants in Cologne, Hamburg, and Munich. I have always been impressed by the diversity and creativity of Nico Bartes' recipes, and I was thrilled at the opportunity to become part of this team. Random type of employment: Through a stroke of luck, I was hired at Nico Bartes Recipes as a food editor. In this role, I am responsible for developing and writing diverse and engaging cooking recipes. I enjoy experimenting with different ingredients and flavors to create unique and delicious dishes that inspire the readers. My task involves developing recipes that are not only tasty but also easy to follow and suitable for all levels of cooking experience. I conduct research on new trends and flavor combinations to continuously expand Nico Bartes Recipes' recipe library and inspire readers with new culinary ideas.
