Alexandra (Alix) Hanna is the Senior Financial Analyst for the Debt & Equity Finance team for the Southwest Region of Colliers, based in the Phoenix office. Alix brings an extensive background in multifamily agency debt and underwriting of commercial real estate across all asset classes. She assists in the financing packages for lenders and provides a thorough underwriting package that allows the lenders to analyze and independently assess each asset opportunity.
Business Background
Prior to joining Colliers, Alix started her career at Greystone in Atlanta, GA where she accumulated over 5 years of experience in permanent financing for multifamily properties through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA lending programs. Alix then spent nearly a year with Walker & Dunlop when she moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 2021 as a Senior Underwriter, focusing on Freddie Mac Small Balance loans.
