O nome é perfeito. À primeira vista é um restaurante-cafetaria muito simpático que serve ótimas refeições e snacks livres de laticínios e açúcares refinados. Mas depressa nos apercebemos que a alimentação saudável é apenas uma das muitas terapêuticas disponíveis. Aqui prescrevem-se livros, workshops - desde técnicas de amamentação à gestão do tempo - e tratamentos vários de medicina chinesa, quântica, ayurveda e naturopatia. 3 The name is perfect. At first sight, this is a very pleasant restaurantcafeteria serving great meals and snacks free of dairy products and refined sugars. But we quickly realised that the healthy food is just one of the many therapies available. They prescribe books, workshops - from breastfeeding to time-management techniques - and various treatments practised in Chinese, quantic, ayurvedic and naturopathic medicine.
Quem não conhece, não sabe o que perde! Com quase 25 anos de experiência na arte da culinária, tem uma legião de fiéis clientes que ali vão buscar os seus pratos preferidos da ementa, muito completa e tentadora, seja para as refeições do dia a dia ou para um jantar especial.
