O que têm em comum estas galerias? São vizinhas e estão ambas de parabéns pelos seus 30 anos de atividade dedicada a promover a arte contemporânea no seus suportes de eleição: azulejos e tapeçarias. Uma é especialista em azulejo português e a outra é mestre na manufatura de tapeçaria mural decorativa. Usam como base as obras de artistas como Júlio Pomar, Paula Rego ou Jorge Martins e mantêm viva a tradição artesanal portuguesa. 3 What do these galleries have in common? They are neighbours and both are to be congratulated for completing 30 years of dedication to contemporary art on their preferred media. One specialises in Portuguese tiles and the other is a master of decorative wall tapestries. Their creations are based on the work of artists such as Júlio Pomar, Paula Rego and Jorge Martins and maintain the Portuguese arts & crafts tradition alive.
