Nasceu numa garagem em Lima e conquistou o mundo. O novo peruano chegou a Lisboa e já anda, literalmente, de boca em boca! Aberto em contínuo, é dedicado à cozinha peruana, com influência crioula, oriental e mediterrânea e uma forte aposta no peixe. Provámos o Ceviche Norteño e o Polvo grelhado com Chimichurri, mas o Risotto de quinoa com lombo e o Tártaro de atum merecem sem dúvida uma trinca. E para beber? Pisco! 3 From a garage in Lima to the world. The latest Peruvian restaurant has arrived in Lisbon and is taking the city by storm! Open from noon to 1am, the food mixes Peruvian flavours with Creole, Eastern and Mediterranean influences, with the emphasis on fish. We tried the Ceviche Norteño and Grilled octopus with chimichurri, but the Quinoa risotto and Tuna tartar definitely deserve a try. And for lubrication? A pisco of course!
