Fomos ao novo restaurante sensação da Avenida e levou nota 10! Gostámos da decoração ecléctica e sofisticada que cruza as madeiras e o mosaico com grandes telas de Caravaggio e Velásquez, alusivas ao convívio à mesa. E gostámos ainda mais do talento e simpatia do jovem chef Manel Lino, exímio na confecção de alta cozinha, numa fusão de modernidade e tradição. E por fim, gostámos do refrescante Pisco Sour. Queremos voltar. 3 This new restaurant gets top marks! We like the eclectic and sophisticated decor that mixes wood and mosaics with huge canvases by Caravaggio and Velásquez alluding to the art of dining in company. And we like the talent of the affable young chef Manel Lino even more, an expert in preparing haute cuisine, fusing modernity with tradition. And, finally, we love the refreshing Pisco Sour.
Se Louis XIV vivesse no século XXI e viesse a Lisboa, viria certamente aqui jantar. Olivier volta a surpreender com a abertura deste palacete onde as palavras de ordem são luxo, opulência e exclusividade. Mais do que um restaurante-bar, é uma espécie de clube (não é privado) com decoração estilo Versailles, salas privadas, lustres, escadarias, veludos. Uma experiência para os sentidos, não só pelo paladar mas por toda a envolvência. 3 Had Louis XIV lived in the 21st Century and come to Lisbon, this is where he’d dine. Chef Olivier surprises us again by opening this luxurious, opulent and exclusive palatial establishment. More than a bar-restaurant, it is much like a club (not private) with Versaille-esque decoration, private rooms, chandeliers, staircases and velvet. An all-around experience for our senses beyond simply our palate.
