Estes pequenos pães são servidos com 100 tipos de recheios diferentes (sim, são mesmo 100!) e sabem bem a qualquer hora. Lisboa tem uma nova “smokery”! A cargo do chef Daniel Cardoso, concorrente do Masterchef, este restaurante-fumeiro serve pratos fumados com sabores frescos, além do brunch ao domingo. Aqui bebe-se uma cerveja artesanal própria ou um gin, escolhido no bar da Gin Lovers. Experimente e não perca a “Hall of Fame”, a parede com tábuas de cozinha onde estão gravados os nomes de quem ajudou na campanha de crowdfunding. 3 Lisbon has a new smokery. Under Chef Daniel Cardoso, a “Masterchef” contestant, this restaurant/smokery serves fresh-flavoured smoked dishes, along with brunch on Sundays. Drinks include the house’s artisanal beer or a gin, chosen at the Gin Lovers bar. And don’t forget to take a peek at the “Hall of Fame”, a wall of chopping blocks on which the names of those who helped in the crowdfunding are engraved.
