O princípio é o copo de vinho, a qualquer hora da tarde, num lugar acolhedor: tecto, paredes e chão convivem em harmonia descontraída, e alguns apontamentos divertem a sala. O meio são as iguarias caseiras e tradicionais, servidas em pratos ou pratinhos: queijos, farinheira com ovos mexidos, polvo frito, morcela de arroz são notáveis exemplos. The middle is the traditional, home-made delicacies served in large or smaller portions: notably cheeses, scrambled eggs with farinheira, fried octopus and blood sausage. O nome é um jogo duplo que remete à abreviatura Barcelona mas a sigla significa Beber & Comer by Novamesa. Porque este último, no Príncipe Real, é o seu ascendente. O BCN é, no fundo, a mistura divertida que daqui resulta. O Chef Kishan Sharma serve, a partir das cinco da tarde, guapisimas tapas, pinchos para comer de uma assentada, montaditos, saladas, sandes e tortilhas! Es para invitar a todos, por supuesto! 3 The name is a play on words: BCN is the abbreviation for Barcelona but here it stands for Beber & Comer by Novamesa. Because the latter, in Príncipe Real, is its parent. Essentially, BCN is the resulting mix.
