Esta casa, de portas abertas há 108 anos orgulha-se de manter a qualidade da mercadoria e a simpatia no atendimento, que lhe deu fama. Zé Martins atende nos Bacalhaus sempre prestável e bem-disposto. E o dono, José Branco diz “aqui tudo passa pela nossa prova, dos vinhos aos queijos”. E convida-o a passar por lá e provar também. On one side, piles of salted cod; on the other, legs of smoked ham; and in the middle, colourful fruit. The scene is not just candy for your eyes; your sense of smell will immediately detect the aromas of quality. Open for 108 years, this is an establishment that prides itself on the quality of what it sells and the friendliness of its famous service.
