Por ali andaram as duas a viajar, conhecendo marcas e tendências, para aqui trouxeram uma selecção da beleza que faltava ao nosso quotidiano. São vestidos, camisolas, sapatos, carteiras e até lingerie, mas não se ficam por aí, quase tudo na loja se pode comprar. O importante é fazer a beleza circular, venha ela de onde vier. “From Here and There”, the title defines much of what this pretty shop is about. From there, Spain, are its owners. From here, Lisbon, is where they met and decided to make a go of the idea. There is where they both went travelling, discovering labels and trends, while here is where they brought a selection of the beautiful items they found – dresses, shirts, shoes, bags and even lingerie. O Santa Catarina Light é como uma companhia aérea low cost, parte de um preço base e depois só paga o que quiser. Pode só desembolsar E18 mas tem que fazer a cama onde se deita. Os quartos têm uma decoração minimalista e jovem, cheia de apontamentos curiosos. O branco e o verde dominam o hotel criando um ambiente descontraído, onde não falta a relva. E para relaxar e beber um copo nada como o Santa Lounge, onde pode ficar a conversar debaixo da nespereira. This, dear reader, is most definitely not your average hotel. Santa Catarina Light is like a low cost airline: you only get what you pay for. You can fork out the standard E18 but the bed you make is the one you sleep in. The rooms are minimalist and young in design, with interesting details. The hotel is dominated by white and green creating a relaxed atmosphere that even includes grass. And for relaxing over a drink, there’s nothing like the Santa Lounge, where you can chat under the loquat tree. MP 6I
