n a world filled with both uncertainty and opportunity, family and the sacred duty of supporting others have become central themes to Man of Nobility Darren Earl’s life

“I was raised in a tight-knit family where my parents offered guidance and support, but also

allowed me to grow in my own direction. We enjoy family meals and meetings where we share about what’s working or not working, and what we’ve gained from our experiences. We get and give feedback and always come away with some new insight.” His parents’ influence has been a guiding force in his life, something which he appreciates deeply. One of the most valuable lessons his parents instilled in him was an understanding that we all have a place in the community and our actions or inaction directly impacts the world around us. “If we joined a sports team, it was not just about going out and playing ball. We had to understand the game and its importance to the community, understand the value of the coach, and know our responsibility to the team. Quitting was out of the question. If you started something, you finished it, even if it was from the bench,” he explained. This same principle was extended in every aspect of his life, something that influences him even today. “When we went on vacations, we did not just go. We found out about the culture and what made it unique. Then we wrote about what we gained from the experience, and how we planned on implementing that in our own lives. My wife Stephanie and I continued this with our own kids.” For Earl, life is not lived solely. He feels a deep responsibility to do all he can to help others in their journey, if even in small ways. “It does not take much to make a difference. Just be kind. Look at everyone as someone you care about and see what you can do to help make their life better. Give them a chance. In turn, they will give someone else a chance. Most importantly, be there.” One of the many rewarding opportunities Earl has had to “be there” for others took form in a program called 1+1=3 he and his father developed to help young people achieve their goals. The program took participants through the process of discovery to map out career steps. Earl has enjoyed success in many areas of his life, including his career. For all of this, he credits the support of family, friends, and some very important mentors that have been a part of his life from his early days. 11620 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park KS 66210 913-491-4861 noblehousejewelry.com THE EXCLUSIVE “MAN OF NOBILITY” SPONSOR

“Some of the most valuable things we can learn is the importance of others in our life. Expose yourself to unfamiliar situations and learn all you can from them. Be fair. Be kind. Work hard. Not everything will work out how you want, but it will be valuable. Use those experiences, your talents, your position, and who you are to be a help and support. It all boils down to the simple concept of being there for others.”
