How to maintain a healthy diet It is easy to say “you are what you eat”, but when it comes to applying this in practice, is it so easy? Maintaining a healthy diet can be satisfying but this does not come without some sacrifice. A modern, well-researched food guide pyramid emphasises the importance of daily exercise and weight control as a baseline of a healthy diet and as part of a healthy lifestyle.
