What is your official title and role with Southaven’s new Google Operations Center? I am the GOC U.S. site director. My immediate focus is on helping Google customers have the best experience with our products and services. I oversee the entire operation of the site with the main responsibility of cultivating talent here in the Southaven area. What is the main purpose of the Google Operations Center and what is its place in the local community?
