Stevia is an extremely sweet plant that has been used for centuries in some parts of the world as a healthier alternative to sugar.

In your promotional video, you mentioned your mum’s health as a motivating factor in starting up Appy Food and Drinks. What does she think of the products, then? What’s her favourite Appy drink?

My Mum is extremely proud of what we are trying to achieve through Appy, and she loves the products because she is positive that they can help people with sugar related illnesses such as diabetes.

She is a big fan of Tropical, just like her son!

You live in Wembley but set up the office in North Acton – what made you choose Wales Farm Road as a location for business? And what actually happens here? What advantages are there to doing business in Ealing?
