How to get your iCloud account problem solution? All the Apple devices, such as iPhone, iPad or a Mac use iCloud storage services. If you are unaware of what iCloud is, then you need to know that it’s simply a cloud storage service provided for Apple products only. This service allows you to safely store all the photos, documents and images etc. The synchronization is quick, so everything stored remains up-to-date on the devices.

However, with all these facilities sometimes the user may encounter some problems with this service. So here we’re going to discuss some problems and provide their solution.

1. Difficulty in connecting with the cloud The first step is always signing in. But sometimes it may not work, and it may show an error message. In this case you may need to check the servers’ status. If the light is green, then it’s ok. But if the light is yellow

or red then it means it’s under maintenance, and then you’ll have to wait for it. Another solution is to log out and then login again. If the problem isn’t solved, then you need to contact with the iCloud customer service phone number.

2. Cannot save the app in the Cloud Normally, apps automatically use iCloud drive to store their data. But sometimes you might need to do it manually. You need to make sure the apps that you want to save are on.

Here’s how you do it:  Go to settings > [Name] > iCloud.  Go through the list of apps and make sure the button next to app you want to save is green (on).

3. Apple ID is not supported when signing in

Creating an Apple Id is basically pretty simple. But sometimes the users can create an Apple ID under non-standard circumstances, which causes problems later.

Basically if an Apple ID works with iTunes, App store and other Apple services. Then it should also work with iCloud. But if it doesn’t work, then you need to contact iCloud phone number.

4. iCloud Storage limit is full Apple provides every user with 5GB of iCloud storage for free. This is not enough, especially if you are using the cloud storage for almost everything. In this case you need to empty some space from the storage or buy some more storage. To get rid of unnecessary data you need to:  Go to Settings > [Name] > iCloud. Click on Manage Storage.  The apps are listed there in descending order according to the size they occupy.  Click on the app to view its size.

 Then tap on the delete button and wait for the cloud to clear the space from your storage and enjoy.

5. A pop up appears which keeps on asking for the password

You are using you iPhone, then suddenly a pop up appears and asks you to fill the details. After filling the credentials, a few minutes later the pop up appears again. In this case:  Try rebooting the iPhone.  Use the power button to directly reboot it.  Sign out of your iCloud account, and then sign in again.  Check if the Apple’s servers are working by checking the status page.

If any of these solutions doesn’t work, try calling the iCloud phone number and follow their step by step instructions.

6. Difficulty in logging in and logging out While trying to log in or out of your iCloud account in your Apple devices, if you get an error message and you can’t perform the task. Perform the following steps:  Reboot your device.  Check if connected to Wi-Fi, this is a common problem after updating your device.

 Sometimes it so happens that the date and time on the device is not set. Check and adjust it. If none of them seems to work then contact iCloud number.
