The outdoor strip centre serving the entire state, including local and international tourists visiting the attractions within the Kwara State, is the forth ultra-modern shopping centre in a country with a population of 150 million and is set to improve the shopping needs of the Nigerians.
The development with approximately 14,000m2 gross lettable area (GLA) is anchored by Shoprite, boasts a fair representation of tenants, which includes fashion, jewellery, media, electronics, sports and restaurants. The tenants include 35,000m2 Shoprite, The Hub, Max, KFC, PaperWorx, Tony’s Cafe and Cinemas consisting of four screens, etc.
