hicago area contractors joined Elmhurst, Ill.-based Patten CAT at the historic Arlington International Racecourse on Friday, May 15. Contractors came to enjoy the VIP hospitality, get a good deal on low-hour used Cat machines, and watch the ponies race from the private Miller Lite Party Deck. Patten CAT’s “Bet & Buy” event started at noon in a reserved section of the Arlington racetrack parking lot where 10 Cat machines were displayed near a hospitality tent where food, drinks, and shaded tables were available. At 2:00 p.m., the group moved to the nearby private Miller Lite Party Deck to watch the races. Patten CAT promised the best used equipment pricing of the year for used 262D and 272D skid steer loaders; and for 930K and 924K wheel loaders. Each machine was sold with the remaining factory warranty and with a 12 month 500 hour CSA. A 0 percent for 24months financing option was available as well. Approximately three-dozen landscaping, concrete, and site-prep contractors enjoyed the day courtesy of Patten CAT.
