Fabick CAT Celebrates Groundbreaking in Fenton Officials of Fabick CAT held a groundbreaking ceremony May 7 to signal the start of construction on a new 16,000 sq. ft. Customer Engagement Center in Fenton, Mo. “When finished, the new Customer Engagement Center will have seven to ten corporate offices, a conference room, a balcony, the new merchandise store, a condition monitoring area, the machine oil testing lab, and the new Fabick TV production room,” said General Manager Mike Pospischil. “This new facility will allow us to ever serve our customers better, a firm belief started by John Fabick Sr. from the very beginning. We want to showcase Fabick CAT, build new relationships, and exceed our customers’ expectations.” All facets of Fabick’s business will be conducted in the new addition. It will be a “one-stop-shop” for new and existing customers. This project is expected to be completed by late fall 2012. “Upstairs there is a conference room that we will use to train employees to think like our customers, to take a walk in their shoes. We do this to help us understand their everchanging needs in the marketplace,” Pospischil said. “The conference area will be open to customers, construction businesses, landscaping businesses, and associations.

We strive to treat our customers one way and that's first class. “This is a place we’re going to be proud of, customers will be proud of, and Fenton is going to be proud of.” The Chamber of Commerce welcomes the addition and believes that this will bring great things to Fenton’s community and trade industries. “On behalf of the 445 members of the Fenton Area Chamber of Commerce, I am excited to celebrate Fabick’s expansion and addition of the new Customer Service Center,” said Jeannie Braun, executive director of the Chamber of Commerce. “This construction is a welcome sight for the community as a great start in revitalizing the I-44 corridor. Fabick CAT has been an outstanding supporter of the Chamber for over 40 years as well as a considerable asset to the whole community. “Their success is our success.” “Our mission is to support the communities in which we work and live. We will deliver innovative solutions that provide exceptional value to our new and existing customers,” said Pospischil. “We genuinely care about our customers and their needs. That’s what this Customer Engagement Center is all about, exceeding the customer’s expectations every time they need us.”
