Wrap band around pole near shoulder height; stand about one foot from pole facing away. Extend arms straight just over your head. Now lean slightly forward so your body is at a slant with the band stabilizing you. Keeping your body in place, bend your elbows toward your head and back out straight. For those of you who are more advanced come up onto your toes. This will throw off your balance, making it more challenging to stay stable. Repeat for one minute.

Things to remember: Do not let your body move as you bend your arms. Like I have said so many times before, keep your entire body turned on to keep everything stable. Keep your wrists straight as you go through the movements.
