COACH WELLMAN

is beginning his second year as a member of the Tiger staff. Over twenty years' experience on the diamond include a long stint in Brenham as well as a student assistant gig with the University of Texas program in the early 90s.

Coach Wellmann spends his days teaching PE at College Hills Elementary. He has a wife, Julie and they have five kids. He's been a DJ on the weekends since 1999, playing for weddings and anniversaries and the like. He also has an action figure business on the side where he paints figures for high school and college athletes from all over the U.S. See his work on facebook at Texas High School Heroes!

Coach Edwards

was raised in Leander, TX where I graduated from Leander High School in 2008. I then attended Texas A&M before transferring to Sam Houston State University where I graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. This will be my first year coaching baseball at Consol. The past 3 years have been spent in Softball. I started coaching at Rudder High School in Bryan. Married to Casey Edwards, a local medical assistant, since July 2018. We have two girls Elise who is 3 and Austyn who is 2. We are expecting our third child in May, this time a boy, William.
