‘Tis the Season for Gratitude! Wow! We are blown away by the response to our 2021 Thanksgiving campaign. You all had so many amazing thoughts to share about who you are grateful for here at ConRes that we had to create this book to fit them all. Thank you to all of you who took the time out of your day to share some kind words about your coworkers. It’s moments like this that remind us all how we do the amazing work we do – it’s a team effort!

To: Wendy Lu The most important thing I learned about being successful is that you can’t do it without other people. You find the good ones and you hold onto them and you take them all the way. Wendy has been an important professional and personal support in my continued success at ConRes. During this especially difficult time, while I have endured several setbacks with my health and have needed to take a step back and refocus, it has been Wendy cheering me along the way. Last week I celebrated my 10-year anniversary with ConRes, Wendy celebrated her 20th year with the company and next year our company turns 60 years old. If there’s one thing I have learned in life about success and longevity, it is absolutely ALL about our people. Wendy is MY people and deserves the recognition of helping to run the administrative and other day-to-day logistics, for not just myself but she supports three other salespeople effortlessly. I believe I can confidently say that we ALL appreciate her.
