Healing Havdalah

There are few examples of actual prayers recorded in the Torah. “Oh God, please heal her!” is one of the first spontaneous prayers we know of; the exclamation came from Moses when he discovered his sister, Miriam, had a life-threatening disease. Praying may not bring about a cure for you or your loved one, but taking the time to gather one’s thoughts in a supportive, spiritual environment may help to lift a tired soul. Please join Cantor Cahana on November 17th for the return of this lovely service. Future dates include February 16th and May 18th.
