So who should visit the NeuroFitness Wellness Centre? Those who are seeking help with balance, focus, memory, and of course physical and mental wellbeing. It’s also for those who simply want to put their best foot forward everyday, wishing to further themselves – from the 8-year-old kid struggling with ADHD to business professionals and athletes trying to enhance their skills. Really, any one at any age will find benefits at NeuroFitness. “We don’t wait for people to come in with something wrong. As much as we can get them back on track – it’s not our sole focus. We are also here to help elevate those who are hoping to get to next level.” Said Adam. And though the services and trainings are designed to work together, any individual training is accessible. So head in for a float, sneak in a ten-minute workout with personal training or fit in some brain-training. Visitors to the centre can also take advantage of additional services including homeopathy, rain drop therapy, massage and body talk.
