Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the Hudson Planning Board on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 7:00 PM. Pursuant to Chapter 107 of the Acts 2022 extending remote meeting provisions of Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Executive Order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, this meeting of the Hudson Planning Board will be conducted via
hybrid participation, remotely via Zoom

At this time, the Hudson Planning Board will consider the site plan review application of Intel Massachusetts, LLC for the redevelopment of the existing property which will entail the demolition of the existing buildings and the development of a 1, 284,640 square foot distribution warehouse facility with 190 loading bays, 447 employee parking spaces, and 540 trailer parking spaces pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.1.7 of the Town of Hudson Protective Zoning By-Laws. The subject property is located at 75 Reed Road within the M-6 Industrial Zoning District, Assessors’ Map 41, Parcel 33. TOWN OF SHREWSBURY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT FOR STORMWATER DETENTION BASIN REHABILITATION 2022 SECTION 00020 INVITATION TO BID
Sealed Bids for STORMWATER DETENTION BASIN REHABILITATION CONTRACT 2022, will be received by the Town of Shrewsbury at the Town Hall office, 100 Maple Ave. Shrewsbury, MA 01545, until 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at that time and place Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. In the event the Town Hall offices are closed due to inclement weather, the bid opening will be postponed until the next day the DPW offices are open. The total contract price of this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary for the complete and satisfactory performance as determined in the sole discretion of the Town. Contract Documents are available after 1:00 p.m. local time on Monday, August 8, 2022 by going to Town Website. Each contractor bidding on Crack Seal must submit with its bid a bid deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the amount bid. Attention is called to minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Department of Labor Standards under the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27H inclusive.
