NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HUDSON PLANNING BOARD Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the Hudson Planning Board on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. Pursuant to the Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021 Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, this meeting of the Hudson Planning Board will be conducted via remote participation. At this time, the Hudson Planning Board will consider the application of Dinis Silva for Site Plan Approval for the demolition of an existing shed and carport and the construction of four (4) commercial contractor bays, a commercial septic and stormwater management system, and the relocation of the existing residential parking spaces, with the pre-existing, non-conforming two-family residential structure to remain. The location and use of the existing residential structure will not change, only the existing parking is proposed to be relocated. The subject property is located at 114 Forest Avenue within the M-5 Industrial Zoning District, Assessors’ Map 42, Parcel 11.
