A regulation to amend the Rules and Regulations of the Traffi c Commission of the City of Marlborough Chapter 586, as amended, thereof entitled VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, Article VII, Section 51, Schedule VII: “Heavy Commercial Truck Route” BE IT ENACTED BY THE
TRAFFIC COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MARLBOROUGH AS
FOLLOWS: Chapter 586 Section 51 of the Rules and Regulations of the Traffi c Commission is hereby amended by ADDING to said schedule the following: C. 586-51. Schedule VII: Heavy Commercial Vehicle
Routes.
In accordance with provisions of C.586-14A, the following heavy commercial vehicle routes are hereby designated:

Lincoln St. East Main St. East Main St. to Granger Blvd. To Lakeside Avenue to W. Main St. to Lakeside Ave. Vehicles over certain weights shall be prohibited from the following streets:

MISSION OF THE CITY OF MARLBOROUGH AS FOLLOWS:
Chapter 586 Section 52 of the Rules and Regulations of the Traffi c Commission is hereby amended by ADDING to said schedule the following: C. 586 S. 52 Schedule VIII: Tow-Away Zones Th e following streets or portions of streets are designated as tow-away zones:

Pleasant St. All Beginning at Elm Street and continuing south for a distance of 290 feet- East side of the street.

tion of a motor vehicle at a rate of speed in excess of these following limits shall be prima facia evidence that such speed is greater than reasonable and proper. Th e provisions of this section shall not abrogate in any sense MGL c. 90 § 14: Street Direction
Stevens St. Northbound Limits Beginning at Route 20, thence northerly at Stevens Street: 0.19 miles at 20 miles per hour, 0.31 miles at 25 miles per hour, 0.60 miles at 30 miles per hour, 0.83 miles at 25 miles per hour, ending at Hosmer Street, Th e total distance being 1.93 miles.

Stevens St. Southbound Limits Beginning at Hosmer Street, thence southerly at Stevens Street: 0.83 miles at 25 miles per hour, 0.60 miles at 30 miles per hour, 0.31 miles at 25 miles per hour, 0.19 miles at 20 miles per hour, ending at Route 20. Th e total distance being 1.93 miles.

Union St. Eastbound Limits Beginning at a point 100 feet east of Hudson Street thence easterly on Union Street 0.55 miles at 25 miles per hour ending at Stevens Street. Th e total distance being 0.55 miles.
