2025-2026 Greater Keller Chamber Directory & Community Guide
WBev Dixon PRESIDENT Keller Chamber of Commerce
elcome to this year’s Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce Community Directory — your go-to guide for the amazing people, businesses, and organizations that make our area a special place to live, work, and play.
As you flip through these pages, you’ll find more than just business listings. You’ll discover we have businesses that work hard, are dedicated, and have a strong sense of community. That’s exactly what our “Loyal to Local” focus is all about — celebrating and supporting the businesses and individuals who go the extra mile to invest in our neighborhoods, give back to our schools, sponsor local events, and serve our families.
The Greater Keller area is a vibrant, growing region that includes the City of Keller, North Fort Worth, and the surrounding communities that help drive our local economy. Whether it’s a unique boutique, a family-owned restaurant, a professional service, or a local nonprofit, each listing in this directory represents the heart and soul of our community.
We hope you’ll keep this directory handy all year long—not just as a helpful resource but also as a reminder that when you support local, you’re making a difference close to home.
Thanks for being such an essential part of what makes Greater Keller great — and for staying “Loyal to Local.”

City of Keller
Welcome to Keller – Where
Community Shines
It’s my pleasure to welcome you to Keller, a place where small-town charm meets big-city amenities, and where community isn’t just a concept — it’s a way of life. We’re proud to be recognized as the most family-friendly city in Texas, and it’s not hard to see why.
Keller is a community of quality neighborhoods, thriving local businesses, and award-winning municipal services; of entrepreneurs who honor our roots while shaping the future; and of neighbors who bring heart, vision and energy to everything they do. Whether you’re thinking of moving your family to a city known for its natural beauty, joining a passionate business community, or simply visiting a destination celebrated for its public art,
“Best Small Cities in America”
one-of-a-kind restaurants and boutique retailers, Keller has something special waiting for you.
With easy commutes throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, a top-tier public school system in Keller ISD, and miles of trail and hundreds of acres of scenic parks to explore, it’s no wonder our city continues to earn both regional and national recognition. In fact, just last year, Keller was ranked among the “Best Small Cities in America” and the “Best Places to Raise a Family in Texas,” and named to lists of the “Top 10 Best Places to Live in Texas” and “Top 10 Safest Cities” in the state. We’ve also been recognized for having some of the best public schools in Texas.
You don’t have to take my word for it, though — our residents, business owners and community partners say it best. I invite you to explore, get involved and become part of Keller’s incredible story. Welcome — we’re glad you’re here!

DIRECTOR OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
City
of Fort Worth
Welcome to Fort Worth! Over the past nearly two centuries, our city has been an army fort, a rail hub, and an important stop for cattle drives along the Chisholm Trail. But Fort Worth has come a long way from “Where the West Begins.” Since then, our city and our workforce have modernized with the times, building on the successes of Fort Worth’s long-time target industries –aerospace and defense, energy, mobility, and advanced manufacturing among them.
Although Fort Worth has become one of the fastestgrowing large cities in the country, our businesses and our residents still reflect our city’s pioneering spirit.
Fort Worth is now the 11th largest city in the country and the fourth-largest city in Texas, with over a million residents. We’re home to world-class cultural amenities, from museums in the Cultural District and the Fort Worth Zoo to the historic Stockyards. For nature lovers, Fort Worth
has more than 100 miles of walking and biking trails along the Trinity River, as well as over 20 miles of hiking trails in the Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge covering more than 3,600 acres. Our central city is thriving, with entertainment districts like Sundance Square, West 7th, and the Near Southside continuing to flourish alongside new developments, like the Texas A&M-Fort Worth urban campus and TCU’s Anne Burnett Marion School of Medicine opening in the heart of the city’s Medical Innovation District.
A major economic driver in Fort Worth is the AllianceTexas corridor, a 27,000-acre masterplanned development by Hillwood. This part of the city is home to more than 590 companies, along with numerous residential & entertainment opportunities. Anchored by the Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport – the first exclusively industrial airport in the world – and supported by a premier intermodal logistics hub, the
AllianceTexas corridor is also the location of Fort Worth’s Mobility InnovationZone (MIZ), which tests emerging mobility technologies like autonomous trucking and unmanned aerial systems before the technologies go to market.
With a vibrant community of companies, entrepreneurs, innovators and trailblazers, Fort Worth still has room to grow – and we look forward to working with local and regional partners to expand the dynamic business ecosystem here in North Texas.

Taylor Sheridan’s SGS Studios and Dallas-based Hillwood have announced a partnership that will bring TV and film
production to Hillwood’s AllianceTexas development in collaboration with Paramount Television.
SGS’s sprawling new production campus - the largest operating studio facility in Texas - is just the start. Plans are in place to add several other campuses across AllianceTexas featuring additional sound stages, post-production suites, vendor support, and scalable infrastructure designed to attract toptier productions and long-term tenants from around the world.
Hillwood, a Perot Company, said SGS Studios will operate the venture and oversee all production services. Paramount Television is the studio behind such television hits as “Yellowstone” and “Landman.” The new production campus totals 450,000 square feet of studio space, purposebuilt to support four concurrent largescale productions.
The collaboration’s shared vision is to make Texas one of the world’s premier destinations for content creation, offering filmmakers access to a diverse range of visual landscapes, from sweeping ranchlands to bustling urban centers, all supported by lower costs and rapidly expanding infrastructure.
CENTER STAGE DEVELOPMENT
The 38-acre Center Stage development at U.S. 377 and Mount Gilead Road has cleared major milestones. Approved by the Keller City Council in early 2020, the project includes up to 475 luxury apartments, 43–57 single-family homes, and roughly 60,000 sq. ft. of commercial space including restaurants, offices, and retail.
The first phase—featuring “The Lyric” apartment complex, retail buildings, a community lawn with performance stage, and open space—is nearing completion. A 42-lot subdivision known as The Summit at Center Stage
was approved in March 2025, moving forward single-family construction. Once finished, Center Stage is expected to be the city’s largest taxpayer and a vibrant new hub for dining, entertainment, and community life.
OLD TOWN KELLER PHASE II
Phase II of Old Town Keller’s revitalization focuses on transforming the area east of US 377, between Keller Parkway and Bear Creek Parkway. Bates Street has been reconstructed as a functional festival street, featuring stamped-and-stained paving, removable bollards, enhanced lighting, public art benches, food-truck hookups, and a new park with pavilion and walking paths. Construction on South Elm Street began March 24, 2025. This $21.9 million project (including $7.59 million in Tarrant County funding) will widen the road, upgrade utilities and drainage, add sidewalks, lighting, parking, landscaping, and wayfinding signage. Completion is anticipated by summer 2028.
