At least 3 years work experience in the Adult & Community Education Sector preferably with adult learners Experience of establishing and developing partnerships with other organisations/agencies and collaborative working Experience of working with diverse groups Experience of doing research and report writing Excellent skills in IT applications including those required to record statistics e.g. SPSS, produce documents and trainings materials (if required) and keep accurate records Excellent report writing skills Excellent facilitation/negotiation and presentation skills
