Passing the Torch: An Update on Commonwealth’s Search for a New Head of School

On January 20, Bill Wharton announced that he would be retiring at the end of the 2020–2021 school year. Commonwealth’s Board appointed a Search Committee comprised of seven trustees to lead the search for a new Head of School. A consulting firm, RG175, was engaged to support the search and recruitment process. Since then, significant progress has been made.
