The manufacturing process of Fesfoc barbecues is always hundred percent handcrafted, using the most advanced technology and the best materials. To ensure maximum quality control, test is performed at each stage of the product manufacture. All Fesfoc barbecues are Stainless Steel made from 1 to 4 mm thick. Our barbecues are prepared to withstand the weather and the passage of time. Fesfoc is fully sensitized with the environment, therefore, uses recyclable materials such as stainless steel, cast steel, granite wood and charcoal.

Para garantizar la máxima calidad, se realiza un test de control en cada fase de la fabricación del producto. Todas las barbacoas Fesfoc son de Acero Inoxidable de 1 a 4 mm de espesor. Fesfoc barbecues are easy to install and most complex ones, can be installed in less than an hour. Each barbecue includes the installation hardware and also a useful graph instruction for assembly.

MAINTENANCE
MANTENIMIENTO
All parts of the Fesfoc barbecues are removable and easily accessible for cleaning. Fesfoc recommended non-abrasive degreasers as water, soap, glass cleaner or ammonia; and the use of a chamois or soft cloth to prevent scratching. They do not require special maintenance.
Todas las piezas de las barbacoas Fesfoc son desmontables y de fácil acceso para su limpieza. Fesfoc recomienda utilizar desengrasantes no abrasivos como: agua, jabón, limpiacristales o amoniaco; así como la utilización de una gamuza o tejido suave para evitar ralladuras. The ignition system developed and patented by Fesfoc, has been studied for facilitate the power of the barbecue, through air inlets, calculated to obtain the maximum heat output of coal.
El sistema de ignición desarrollado y patentado por Fesfoc, ha sido estudiado para facilitar el encendido de la barbacoa, mediante entradas de aire, calculadas para que el sistema permita obtener el máximo rendimiento calórico del carbón.

From the engineering point of view, the combustion system is designed for maximize performance with minimum consumption of coal. With a load of 2.5 Kg coal in each grill you can cook for 3 to 5 hours. We recommend using oak charcoal or olive tree. All the elements of the fuel system are stainless steel, removable and made for easy cleaner.
El sistema de combustión está diseñado desde el punto de vista de ingeniería para obtener el máximo rendimiento con el mínimo consumo de carbón. Con una carga de carbón de unos 2,5 Kg por parrilla se puede cocinar de 3 a 5 horas sin necesidad de recarga. Se recomienda utilizar carbón de encina u olivo. Todos los elementos que componen el sistema de combustión son de acero inoxidable, extraíbles y de fácil limpieza.

Grills, useful for quick cooking of meat, fish and vegetables directly on the grill; highlight the taste of food when exposed directly to the flame.
The liquid waste compartment will serve to collect liquid waste, this compartment has a lid to close when the device is not used.

El conducto se encarga de que los líquidos se escurran hacia el compartimiento de residuos líquidos.
