chase hampton–cross country Chase is having a wonderful cross country season with an average finish of 4th place. He ran the 6th fastest time in school history with a 16:13 while earning second team all-conference. At Watkins Memorial, he earned 1st Team All District with his 5th place finish. DAVIDSON Laura & Natalie Hagy - Girls Tennis Juniors, Natalie and Laura Hagy have been playing 1st doubles together since they were Freshmen. They work well together, not getting upset when the other may make a mistake. In doubles, that clearly is an advantage. You must play with someone you like and can deal with their short comings. Being sisters, this is even more difficult, but they do a great job of pulling it off.
EJ Jennings – FOOTBALL As we have progressed through the season, senior, EJ Jennings has continued to develop his work ethic and practice habits. The result of this development has enabled him to become stronger as the season has moved into its later stages. It is a tremendous luxury as a coach to have a player that you can hand the ball to 40 + times. He has embraced that challenge and role. EJ’s progress has mirrored that of the team as a whole also. The Wildcat’s offense and defense continue to make strides as well. EJ’s record breaking performances in games 7 and 8 combined will forever be cemented in Hilliard Davidson football history. EJ and the Wildcats look to finish the season on a high note with the hopes of making the OHSAA playoffs for the 12th time in the last 14 years.
