Ricks joined Key Private Bank with more than 20 years of financial industry experience. She began her career as an institutional bond trader with Central Trust Bank

in Cincinnati, and has managed client roles at Ernst & Young and Prudential Securities. She most recently worked at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, where she specialized in assisting high-net-worth individuals with stock options and restricted stock advice. Ricks is currently pursuing her graduate degree in finance at Western Governors University and donates her time to numerous charitable interests and networking groups, including Special Olympics, Columbus State Community College and Key 4 Women.
