New Research Awards: Dr. Christine Chen, Associate Professor in the Programs in Occupational Therapy, is co-investigator on a pilot study: Balance ability, balance confidence, prosthetic function, falls and associated injury in adults with leg amputations. She and Dr. Kevin Wong, Associate Professor in the Program in Physical Therapy, received this grant from The Center for Injury Epidemiology and Prevention at Columbia.
Dr. Dawn Nilsen, Assistant Professor in the Programs in Occupational Therapy, received a research award from the Hudson Taconic District of the New York State Occupational Therapy Association, to conduct a pilot study: Reliability of the Dartfish Video Analysis System for Evaluating the Kinematics of Reaching and Walking Activities.
