jesus is the source of all spiritual blessings

Because of who Jesus is, and all that He has and is accomplishing for us, He is our source for all spiritual blessings.

Head

Spend time as a group/family discussing and naming the Spiritual blessing you can think of that we have in Christ. If you need help thinking of some go back to Ephesians 1 and read some of the ones listed there.

Heart

The result of being so showered in blessing by the Father through Jesus should be to make us into a people marked by gratitude. How often do you make time to thank God for the specific blessing in your life on a typical day? If not often, what gets in your way? If often what helped you in forming this habit?

Hands

Wake up 10 minutes earlier than you normally would this week and start your morning off thinking through all you have to be thankful to God for and then make sure to thank Him.

feet

Often the spiritual blessings that we receive from the Father through Jesus are people that God has put in our lives. Who has God put in your life that you are thankful for?

Tell them this week why you are thankful for them.
