SEIFSA’s Human Capital and Skills Development Division bases its service proposition in recognition of the fact that employees are the competitive edge in creating sustainable and profitable companies. The Division also lobbies for employer-friendly policies at national, provincial and sectoral levels and represents SEIFSA on the following bodies:
• BUSA (Social and Transformation Policy Committee);

• Human Resources Development Council (HRDC Champion);
• National Artisan Advisory Body;
