Focus on Leave enhancement pay exemptions

With the South African economy still struggling to get back to normal levels of productivity, many SEIFSA member companies have been seeking ways to contain their cost pressures. Options many of these companies have considered include retrenchments, lay-offs and short-time. Others have considered seeking exemption from paying leave enhancement pay.
