INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS AND LEGAL SERVICES DIVISION
The Federation provides a comprehensive and professional range of services to member companies. These include:
CONCILIATION, ARBITRATION AND LEGAL REPRESENTATION SERVICES During the year under review, the Industrial Relations and Legal Services Division successfully represented member companies on dispute resolution fora such as the MEIBC, the CCMA and the Labour Court.
INDUSTRY JOB GRADING SEIFSA, through the Industrial Relations and Legal Services Division, offers a Main Agreement job-grading service that provides valuable assistance to member companies in relation to industry job grading in accordance with the provisions of the Main Agreement. This service has enjoyed favourable reviews from member companies that have subscribed to the service.
CHAIRING DISCIPLINARY ENQUIRIES The Federation provides qualified and experienced persons to chair, manage and conduct in-company disciplinary inquiries and disciplinary appeal proceedings.
