2022 BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE AMBER CREEK METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed budget amendment has been submitted to the Board of Directors of Amber Creek Metropolitan District for the 2022 year; that a copy of such proposed budget amendment has been filed in the office of Wolfersberger, LLC, 8354 Northfield Blvd, Building G, Suite 3700, Denver, Colorado 80238, where the same is open for public inspection. The Board of Directors will consider adoption of the proposed budget amendment of the District for the 2022 year at a regular meeting of the District to be held on Tuesday March 28, 2023 at 6:00pm at the Trail Winds Recreation Center (13495 Holly St Thornton, CO 80602).
