“Business owners can do their administration in their onsite o ce, put their trucks and expensive equipment/tools in a secure climate-controlled garage, and/ or leave their trailers, heavy duty trucks, and/or equipment outside where electrical power and video surveillance is included,” said Frank.

Foothills Professional Park o ers security-gate access. Secured with perimeter fencing, security cameras overlook the entire property enabling the management company and tenants to keep an eye over the property at all times. e facility’s CCTV so ware can be linked to tenants’ mobile devices as part of the rental package. Tenants can get on the building’s WiFi that projects all the way out to the outdoor space; enter the building to use bathrooms, the conference room, and/or the printer (you supply your own paper). Tenants can give their employees/customers property-entry access codes and would receive text messages whenever their codes are used.

Evergreen does not have a lot of outdoor storage facilities and what sets Foothills Professional Park apart from others, besides its reasonable rents and all-inclusive amenities, is that it is designed to provide you with full transparency over your business operation as if you actually owned the property.
