TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and particularly, to the electors of the Robinson Ranch Metropolitan District, Town of Parker, Douglas County, Colorado (the “District”).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that four (4) vacancies have occurred on the Board of Directors of the District (the “Board”). Four (4) directors may be appointed by the Board to serve until the next regular election of the District in May 2025.

Any eligible elector of the District may submit a letter of interest to the offices of the District’s legal counsel, Miller Law pllc, 1555 California Street No. 505, Denver, CO 80202. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR SERVICE PLAN OF SPECIAL DISTRICT

IN RE THE SERVICE PLAN FOR SCOTT

GULCH METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, COUNTY OF DOUGLAS, STATE OF COLORADO

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Service Plan for Scott Gulch Metropolitan District (the “Service Plan”) has been filed with Douglas County, Colorado, for Scott Gulch Metropolitan District (the “District”). The Service Plan is available for public inspection at the Office of the Clerk and Recorder, Douglas County, 301 Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104.

NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that a public hearing on the Service Plan will be held by the Douglas County Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at 2:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the Board of Commissioners may hear such matter, at the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 100 Third Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the Service Plan and to form a basis for adopting a resolution approving, conditionally approving or disapproving the Service Plan. All protests and objections must be submitted in writing to the Douglas County Board of County Commissioners at or prior to the public hearing or any continuance or postponement thereof in order to be considered.

The property within the boundaries of the District is generally located in Section 10, Township 7 south, Range 66 west of the 6th P.M. of the County of Douglas, Colorado. The District is located west of State Highway 83 and east of Crowfoot Valley Road. The District is located north of Scott Avenue.

The District is proposed metropolitan district to be organized under the provisions of Title 32, Colorado Revised Statutes. The purpose of the District is to finance, construct, acquire, own, operate and maintain public improvements such as water infrastructure, storm sewer, sanitation and wastewater treatment infrastructure, street improvements, traffic safety protection, parks and recreation, covenant enforcement and design review and other improvements and services within the District’s boundaries authorized by Title 32, Colorado Revised Statutes, and subject to the limitations of the District’s Service Plan. Pursuant to the Service Plan the maximum total mill levy the District may impose for debt service and operations and maintenance is 60 mills, subject to adjustment as set forth in the Service Plan.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that pursuant to § 32-1-203(3.5), C.R.S., any person owning property in the District may request that such property be excluded from the District by submitting such request to the Board of County Commissioners no later than ten (10) days prior to the public hearing. The Board of County Commissioners shall not be limited in its action with respect to exclusion of territory based upon such request. Any request for exclusion shall be acted upon before final action of the Board of County Commissioners under § 32-1-205, C.R.S.

Call for Nominations for School Board Directors Douglas County School District RE-1 Douglas County, Colorado

The Douglas County School District RE-1 in the Counties of Douglas and Elbert, State of Colorado, calls for nomination of candidates for school board directors to be placed on the ballot for the regular biennial school election to be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.

At this election three (3) directors will be elected representing the following director districts: A, C and F for a term of office of four (4) years.

To be qualified, a candidate must have been a registered elector of the school district for at least 12 consecutive months before the election and a resident of the director district which will be represented. A person is ineligible to run for school board director if he or she has been convicted of committing a sexual offense against a child.

A person who desires to be a candidate for school board director shall file a written notice of intention to be a candidate and a nomination petition signed by at least 50 eligible electors who are registered to vote in the regular biennial school election.

Nomination petitions may be obtained at Douglas County School District, Wilcox Building, 620 Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Completed petitions shall be submitted to Ronnae Brockman, Designated Election Official, Douglas County School District, Wilcox Building, 620 Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104, no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 1, 2023.

NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 38-26-107, C.R.S., that on the 29th day of August, 2023 final settlement with Chavez Services, LLC will be made by the HIGHLANDS RANCH METROPOLITAN DISTRICT for construction of the 2023 Northridge Baseball Field Trail Completion Project, subject to prior satisfactory final inspection and acceptance of said facilities by the HIGHLANDS RANCH METROPOLITAN DISTRICT.

Any person, copartnership, association of persons, company, or corporation that has furnished labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender, or other supplies used or consumed by such contractor or his subcontractor in or about the performance of the work contracted to be done or that supplied rental machinery, tools, or equipment to the extent used in the prosecution of the work whose claim therefore has not been paid by the contractor or the subcontractor, may file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim.

Notice is hereby given that the Douglas County School District Re. 1, in the Counties of Douglas and Elbert, State of Colorado, will on August 28, 2023, at the hour of 3:00 p.m. authorize final settlement with KECI Civil, Inc. for the Joint Service Center Parking Lot Drainage project.

Any person, co-partnership, association of persons, company or corporation that has furnished labor, material, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender or other supplies used or consumed by KECI Civil, Inc., any other contractors or subcontractors in or about the performance of the work contracted to be done or that supplies rental machinery, tools, or equipment to the extent used in the prosecution of the work whose claim has not been paid may, at any time up to and including the time of final settlement, file a Verified Statement of Claim with the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim with the Board of Education of such School District at the school district’s Construction Department, 620 Wilcox St, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104 on or before August 28, 2023.

Invitation To Bid

Cherry Creek Project Water Authority (the “Authority”) will receive sealed Bids for the Walker Reservoir Wells Project (the “Project”) until 2:00 PM local time September 18, 2023 (the “Bid Opening”) at 5242 Old Schoolhouse Road, Parker, Colorado 80134. At said time and place, all Bids that have been timely received in compliance with the requirements of this Invitation to Bid and the applicable contract documents (the “Contract Documents”), will be publicly opened

Bids may be submitted to Richard Krulish, Engineering Project Manager, electronic PDF on USB flash drive, and hard copy must be delivered to the District office located at 5242 Old Schoolhouse Road, Parker, Colorado 80134.

The work to be bid consists of construction of pipelines, meter vaults, and appurtenant, electrical, instrumentation, erosion control, seeding, and restoration work, generally located northwest of the intersection of Parker Road and Highway 86 in Douglas County, Colorado. The successful bidder will be responsible for construction of the Project, including providing for all aspects of the construction of the improvements for the Project and as may be required by the Authority. All work is to be performed by the Authority’s standards and specifications.

The Contract Documents will be available to prospective bidders on August 17, 2023 and may be obtained via email request to RKrulish@ pinerywater.com. Contract Documents shall not be redistributed to preserve integrity of Owner’s list for updates and changes.

Bidders may request interpretations or clarifications of the Contract Documents from the Owner by electronic mail. The Owner will not be bound or responsible for any explanations or interpretations other than those given in writing by the Owner. No oral interpretations shall be binding on the Owner. The deadline for requesting interpretations or clarifications from the Owner is 3:00 pm on September 11, 2023.

Bids shall be made on the forms furnished by the Authority and shall be endorsed with the name of the bidder. A bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount will be required. The bid bond will be retained by Authority as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract with the Authority in accordance with the bid. Bidders must supply a list of subcontractors providing $10,000 or more in labor and/or materials to the Project.

Attention is called to the fact that bidders offer to assume the obligations and liabilities imposed by the contract documents. The successful bidder for the Project will be required to furnish a performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond in the full amount of the contract price, in conformity with the requirements of the Contract Documents.

Bidders are hereby advised that the Authority reserves the right to not award a contract until sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids, and bidders expressly agree to keep their bids open for the sixty (60) day time period. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any bid, to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or alternate bids, to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder, to require statements or evidence of bidders’ qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is in the opinion of the Authority in its best interest. The Authority also reserves the right to extend the bidding period by addendum if it appears in its interest to do so.

All verified statements shall be filed: (i) by handdelivery to the District Manager at 5242 Old Schoolhouse Road, Parker, Colorado 80134, or (ii) mailed to Denver Southeast Suburban Water and Sanitation District, Attn.: District Manager, 5242 Old Schoolhouse Road, Parker, Colorado 80134. Such verified statements must be received by the District prior to the time of final settlement.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) #038-23 COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The Department of Administration, Mental Health Initiative, of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests responses from responsible and highlyqualified individuals/companies for community mental health center case management services.

The RFQ documents may be reviewed and/or printed from the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System website at www.rockymountainbidsystem.com.

RFQ responses shall be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “RFQ #038-23, Community Mental Health Center Case Management Services” prior to the due date and time. Electronic and/or faxed responses will not be accepted. RFQ responses will be received until 3:00 p.m., on Thursday, August 31, 2023 by the Douglas County Finance Department, Purchasing Division, 100 Third Street, Suite 130, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104. Responses will not be considered which are received after the time stated.

Douglas County Government reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive formalities, informalities, or irregularities contained in a said response and furthermore, to award a contract for items herein, either in whole or in part, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the County to do so.
