NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a regular election of the South Adams County Fire Protection District shall be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. The election is being conducted as a polling place election.

The polling locations are: South Adams County Fire District – Station 28, 10326 Walden Street, Commerce City, CO 80022 and at South Adams County Water and Sanitation District, 6595 E 70th Ave, Commerce City, CO 80022.

POR LA PRESENTE SE NOTIFICA que se llevará a cabo una elección ordinaria del Distrito de Protección contra Incendios del Condado de South Adams el martes 2 de mayo de 2023, de 7:00 a. m. a 7:00 p. m. La elección se lleva a cabo como una elección de lugar de votación.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that applications for absentee voter ballots can be filed with the Designated Election Official at elections@crsofcolorado.com , Community Resource Services of Colorado, 7995 E. Prentice Avenue, Suite 103E, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours, until the close of business on the Tuesday prior to the election (Tuesday April 25, 2023). Absentee voter ballots must be returned to the Designated Election Official or an Election Judge, at the addresses noted above, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours, and from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, May 2, 2023.

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a regular election of the North Range Metropolitan District No. 3 shall be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. The election is being conducted as an independent mail ballot election.
