PASO ROBLES — The Paso Robles Wine Country Virtual Auction returns with fan favorites and new packages. is week-long auction began at 8 a.m. on Monday, March 13, and will conclude on Saturday, March 18, at 5 p.m. Interested bidders can register to bid and view the auction lots now on Pasowine.com. e 23 specially curated auction lots are exclusive and original packages that are not typically available as retail experiences.

Members of the Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance (PRWCA) contribute either complete packages or experiences to be paired into something one-of-a-kind. e results include tasting excursions with luxury overnight stays, Michelin Star dining, exciting vineyard adventures, as well as rare and allocated wines. Charities’ Storm Damage Relief Project is a proactive initiative to support those organizations on the front lines that aid our community’s most vulnerable. From food security to emergency shelter operations, local nonpro ts are experiencing increased service demand. For some, damage sustained in the storms would cease or slow operations.

“We heard the need: from organizations, community members, public services,” says Randy Gray, community projects manager at Must! Charities. “After careful research, we identi ed several nonpro ts needing immediate assistance. e

Organizations supported in this project include ALF Food Pantry, Lumina Alliance, and El Camino Homeless Organization’s Atascadero Shelter, all of whom experienced damage that could disrupt daily services. An investment of $50,000-plus by Must! Charities in these organizations will address damaged drywall, mold remediation, and roof damage, among other repairs. Must! Charities are asking for the community’s help using their collective giving model. Together they can come alongside organizations in their time of need and in their time of greatest demand, Must! Charities and their donors help organizations continue to provide quality services to people and families.

TEMPLETON — The Templeton Community Services District announced the lineup for the upcoming Templeton Recreation Concerts in the Park series. e 10 bands selected represent a diverse mix of music, including rock, country, blues, funk, folk, pop, and R&B, that will appeal to the community.

Bring your family and friends (but no dogs, please) to Templeton Park with your low-back lawn chairs and blankets. Sit back, relax, and enjoy an evening of free musical entertainment from 6 to 8 p.m. In addition to the concert each week, there will be approved vendors with food and beverages available for purchase in the park. All concerts are free thanks to the Concert Presenters Castoro Cellars and Templeton Recre- ation Foundation, the Diamond Sponsors Mechanics Bank, and All About Events, plus the generous support we receive from local community members and businesses as the Platinum and Gold sponsors.

Dracaena Wines Opens First Tasting Room in Paso Robles

e grand opening celebration will take place on Saturday, March 18

PASO ROBLES — Dracaena Wines, a Paso Robles-based winery, has opened its first tasting room after 10 years of only e-commerce sales. The doors opened for business on Monday, March 6. e tasting room is located in downtown Paso Robles, on the corner of 13th Street and Pine Street (1244 Pine St. Ste. 101B).

Dracaena Wines, owned by Lori and Michael Budd, began production in 2013 with 75 cases of cabernet franc. After receiving 91 points in Wine Enthusiast, it promptly sold out. Today, the winery is producing two styles of cabernet franc, chenin blanc, rosé and a Bordeaux blend. Its wines have received multiple double gold medals and best of shows. All wines are produced in small lots and available online and in their tasting room. e grand opening celebration will take place on Saturday, March 18.
