Ryan Stefonick

Collins Group Realty’s senior Bluffton Specialist, Bill Weis joined CGR in 2007. Having vacationed on Hilton Head Island as a child, Bill moved here in 1989 from Columbus, Ohio as a recent graduate of The Ohio State University. Property management and long-term rentals were his career focus for over a decade before he venutred into real estate developer sales in 2001. Bill was a top-producing agent for a national builder in Bluffton for 6.5 years before joining Collins Group Realty. Bill is longtime a Bluffton resident and enjoys an active lifestyle of cycling and jogging. He and his wife Becky have three sons and live in The Farm at Buckwalter. A Bluffton Specialist since 2012, Ryan Stefonick is a Philadelphia native and Valley Forge Military Alum. Drawn to the allure of the Lowcountry, Ryan made the 12-hour trek south from Pennsylvania for the last time after graduating from the Univeristy of Mary Washington. As a veteran marathoner and Ironman triathlete, Ryan co-founded the Hilton Head Triathlon Club, and established races to benefit local non-profits, he continues to motivate residents of all ages and abilities to enjoy an active lifestyle. Ryan and his wife Maggie live in Hilton Head Plantation with their toddler son, Jack and enjoy running, cycling, & local events.


With Collins Group Realty since 2012, John Friday hails from Greenwich, Conneticut and has been a resident of Bluffton for more than a decade. After a successful career as Director of Sales at the Ford Plantation outside of Savannah, he moved to the Greenbrier Sporting Club at the Greenbrier Hotel where he sold a record number of homes and lots. His tenure at the Ambergris Sporting Club in Turks and Caicos helped turn that resort into a top level resort destination. An avid outdoorsman, John spends his free time on the golf course, fishing, kayaking and camping. John lives in Moss Creek with his wife Denise and their twins, Ernest and Lilly.

The newest member of Collins Group Realty, Casey Porter joined CGR in 2014. Originally from Aspen, Colorado Casey moved to the Lowcountry as a child. A former professional snowboarder, he began a career in construction apprenticing for his father’s company and eventually formed his own small business – Carolina Flooring Company. An avid skier, snowboarder, cyclist and licensed pilot, Casey is a resident of Bluffton and is a doting father to his daughter, Piper.
