DIED: Stephen Adamson on May 19, 2015. He graduated from Gettysburg College and spent a summer working at the A Bar A Ranch in Encampment, WY, followed by a year as a ski instructor and fly fishing guide in Crested Butte, CO. Stephen returned to Richmond in 1998, where he became VP of Operations at Davenport & Co., was president of the Quoit Club and Junior Board of Historic Richmond Foundation and was on the board of the Peter Paul Development Center. After graduating from the Law School at the University of Montana in 2008, he moved to Jackson Hole, WY where he was an attorney at Gonnella Adamson, PC. Stephen was a board member of the Center for the Arts, the National Museum of Wildlife Art and Teton County Search and Rescue. An avid outdoorsman, he spent many days with his children skiing, fishing, hunting and hiking, introducing them to the life he loved in the outdoors. Stephen was predeceased by his father, Stephen Adamson ’63 and stepfather, Frederic S. Reed, and is survived by his wife, Sara; children, Elizabeth Pinkerton Scott Adamson and Margaret Lewis Adamson; mother, Francie Shetter Adamson Reed ’63; siblings, Farrow Adamson Carter ’94 and Ben Adamson ’98; stepsiblings, Louise Reed ’87, Alice Reed ’89 and Scott Reed ’92; many nieces and nephews; and an enormous extended family.

to Richmond to be near his family. Randy loved basketball, his dog, Cooper, and especially his niece, Malone. He always had a smile, whether telling stories, acting or doing stand-up comedy. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Glaser Isaacs and her husband, Dr. Edward R. Isaacs; his father, Michael Morchower and his wife, Kathleen Morchower; his brother, Todd Morchower ’89 and his fiancee, Sarah R. Demm; and his niece, Malone Morchower ’23. He is also survived by his uncle, J. Christopher LaGow; his aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Donald L. Morchower; and his cousins, Matthew B. Morchower, Elizabeth LaGow McDermid ’01 and Caroline LaGow Walker ’04. He was predeceased by his aunt, Nan Glaser LaGow ’67.

Matthew Goodwin ’90, Woody Woodroof ’84, John Nolde ’90, Mike Henry ’84 and Patrick Henry ’90 traveled to New York in July to see double-header U2 concerts at Madison Square Garden.

DIED: Randy Morchower on Apr. 12, 2015. After attending Collegiate, he graduated from The Steward School and Elon University. After working in real estate in Phoenix, AZ, he returned

Wrinkle Neck Mules, the band that includes Andy Stepanian ’93, Brian Gregory ’95 and Mason Brent ’97, released a digital-only song series entitled “Entierro.” Each song in the series is a cover of one of the band’s influences released on the anniversary of the particular artist’s passing.
