Your opportunity Thank you for your interest in EID Festival in the Park 2015. This premier two day event has been a highlight of the Sheffield summer calendar now since 2013 and has been successful in bringing together thousands of people from all across the North of England to celebrate the Islamic tradition of EID. The EID Festival in the Park is a true celebration of culture. This large scale event is set to be even more spectacular than ever in 2015 and expected to attract over 25,000 people from a wide range of backgrounds and traditions. The Festival represents an unmissable opportunity for commercial sponsorship, last year attracting investment from small businesses through to large corporates interested in getting their message out to their audience. This propsectus will give you, the sponsor all the information you need in order to recognise the value of this event as a marketing opportunity. Not only will you be exposed to thousands of prospective customers before, during and after the event, you will be getting behind one of the region’s headline cultural events.

The Festival’s Success EID Festival in the Park 2015 has grown rapidly since its initial launch in 2013. In fact attendance at the Festival has doubled each year since launch with over 15,000 people attending in 2014 alone. The open air event has been held each year at Millhouses Park. Due to its exponential growth the event has outgrown Millhouses Park and has been relocated to the Don Valley Grass Bowl; one of Sheffield’s premier event locations which hosts ‘After Dark’ (Yorkshire’s largest annual bonfire spectacular) together with open air live concerts for artists such as UB40. The EID Festival in the Park is designed to attract entire families and offers and action packed fund day of family entertainment. 2015 Key Marketing Campaign For 2015 the planned marketing expenditure for the EID Festival in the Park will reach an all time high, reflecting the increased scope and planned scale of the event itself. Here are some of the highlights to illustrate to potential sponsors of the extend of our commitment to marketing. The campaign will reach 19 UK Cities over a 12 week period on between June and August 2015.

The 2015 EID Festival in the Park is being featured on the Islam Channel. The Islam Channel attracts 2.1 million UK viewers, 54% of whom are professionals. This exposure will give event greater exposure to the event to to its sponsors, and will draw an even wider audience from across the country. Islam Channel’s viewers:
