CELEBRATING 40 YEARS of the Co-Lin Foundation!
Hello Alumni and Friends, What an exciting time to be a part of the Co-Lin Foundation! In the midst of the craziness of the past year, this past March we celebrated the 40th anniversary of the incorporation of the Foundation. Over the past four decades, the Foundation has awarded more than $4 million in scholarships and provided even more in direct support to the College. In celebration of this milestone, we hosted our first “Day of Giving” campaign last spring, asking alumni and friends to give $40 in honor of the Foundation’s 40 years. We were overwhelmed with the response, and are pleased to share that we surpassed our $4,000 goal, raising more than $11,000. While many of our events and activities were put on hold last year, your generosity has remained steadfast. All of the work and efforts of the Foundation this past year, and for the last 40 years could not have been done without the generosity of countless alumni, friends, community supporters, and you. We were thrilled to host the Foundation Hall of Fame dinner in May, which was the first large event held in more than a year. The happiness in the room was palpable as we came back together to celebrate the generosity of our newest Hall of Fame members and rolled out an exciting new recognition program for donors. We are looking forward to a more normal fall semester and can’t wait to see many of you back on campus for Homecoming and other events. If you can’t make it to campus in person, be sure to follow us on social media to keep up with the progress we are making here at Co-Lin.
