2-4 PLAYERS GET ALL YOUR TOADS TO THEIR LUNCH AT THE LILY PAD DRAGONFLY CAFÉ!

DRAGONFLY CAFÉ
Before you start: Players choose a colour, and place 4 toads on their lily pad. Let the games begin: Starting with the youngest, each player spins the spinner. The highest spin begins the game. Players take turns in a clockwise direction. Players must spin a 1 or 6 to bring a toad into play from its lilypad to the starting spot. If the player does not spin a 1 or 6, the turn passes to the next player. After three unsuccessful turns, toads can automatically start playing, and use the third turn to move out to the starting spot. The Starting spot: This is a safe spot. Toads standing on their own starting spots can not be bounced back on to the lily pad. IF your toad lands on an opponents toad standing on the opponents starting spot your toad will be sent to your lily pad for a little rest. If your toad lands on another player’s toad, it moves back to its home lily pad for a little rest, and has to start again. Each turn, the player spins and then chooses which toad to move the corresponding number of dots. Toads move clockwise around the board. Spin 6 and get another turn! If your toad lands on another player’s toad, the toad jumped on moves back to its home petal for a little rest, and has to start again. When a toad lands on one of his own, he can hop forward again the same number again as spun. The winner iis the player who first gets all their toads to the dragonfly cafe in the centre of the board. It’s takeaway only, so remove your toads from the board and play with them!
