• Previous experience in the capacity of Director or Deputy Director in a K-12 international school with an U.S.-style curriculum.

• Experience in and knowledge of current American educational philosophy and the Advanced Placement program.

• Instructional leadership background with extensive knowledge in using data to build, implement, and evaluate curriculum, innovative teaching, and assessment methodologies.

• Strong background of financial management in planning, budgeting, and executing annual operating funds with fiscal responsibility.

• Experience in fundraising and advancing a master facility plan to improve school quality.
